This car is a 1953 Mercury Montery. It is a One-Off car with tons of customization, It has a custom interior and Paint. It has a 350 Chevy Crate Engine (4 bolt main) with less than 10,500 miles. It is backed up by a 350 turbo automatic transmission.
The car has power steering and power brakes which are new. the car runs and stops Excellent. It has a professional Red metalflake paint job matched to a white top and sides. paint today is in excess of $10,000. I know this because I just had my 41 Buick painted for $11,000.
The interior and trunk are done with red and white tuck and roll. It is in excellent condition and very comfortable. My 41 was just completed at a cost just over $11,000.
The front clip is from a 78 Trans Am. It drives and handles excellent. The car has new brakes and a complete Lokar E-Brake system was installed in the last 6 months along with the new brakes. It stops excellent.
The Dash is custom with Dolphin Gauges and a tilt steering column.
The rear of the car has been customized with tail fins from a Buick. This was done by an excellent body man and the fit and finish are Perfect. Look at the pictures of this custom work. You would not want to pay to have this done at todays rates. The car comes with the long fender skirts that are not currently on the car.
This is a GREAT CAR at a SUPER PRICE. it is EXTREMELY RELIABLE.
