FOR SALE: 800hp Whipple Supercharged 2011 Dodge Charger R/T – Altoona, IA
owned 8 years, 44K miles on odometer - Only about 1900 miles on this engine build.
I have receipts for almost all the following parts and labor performed.
Only the BEST parts available were used in this project build.
"Cut to the chase"... this car is currently valued at $15K per KBB.COM in a stock format.
Go thru the build items detailed/linked below and, put them all in spreadsheet and, it will total almost $80K, not including any labors costs. Consider labor and build total is over $100K
Car is for sale for $50K. No trades considered.
SPECS and DETAILS: (see links for all these upgrades at end of document)
• BES Racing 5.7 Hemi short block with 6.1 crankshaft - all moving parts are forged ( = 356 cubic inch)
• OST Dyno tuned engine and transmission- 794hp and 855 ft/lbs - this is at rear wheels, not flywheel
• OST Dyno dedicated 8-rib belt for Whipple supercharger, eliminates supercharger belt slip
• HP Tuner
• Whipple 2.9l Supercharger that makes up to 23lbs boost
• Whipple 102mm custom throttle body
• Thitek Custom Heads – these are BEAUTIFUL
• Ray Barton proprietary forced induction cam. He would not release the lift or duration specs.
• SmoothBoost is installed but not operational (electrical unhooked). You could play with it or remove and sell it.
• Paramount Nag1 Super Pro transmission - this transmission shifts aggressively
• The Drive Shaft Shop - one piece carbon fiber drive shaft
• 9" Ford rear end with 33 spline pinion and 1400hp rated axles. Recall rear end gear ratio is 3.00 (Also have an aluminum drive shaft from Drive Shaft Shop I could throw in)
• Pro Torque converter set @ 2800 rpm
• Car was originally AWD but after 3 exploded transfer cases, car was converted to RWD
• Fore Innovations 3 pump fuel system
• Bosch 127lb High Impedance Hemi fuel injectors
• Texas Speed 2" stainless headers - again BEAUTIFUL
• Custom exhaust after headers - no cats
• Custom 8pt roll cage powder coated to match car color with capability to add harnesses
• Multiple PCV breathers with catch cans
• BC Racing BR type adjustable coil overs in both front and back, car is currently lowered (= zero wheel hop)
• Oversize Mopar sway bar in front. have oversize sway bar for rear, never installed
• Front and rear strut tower braces - they are Speedlogix. With the coil overs, sway bars and tower braces, the car is very stiff but still provides a comfortable ride for cruising.
• I have been running Royal Purple 20W-50 High Performance Synthetic and NGK 5107 plugs. I have a case of oil that will go with the car.
• Car was tuned to cruise very comfortably all day long but will turn into a BEAST when throttle is opened up.
• Car would benefit from some larger, stickier tires in rear that would provide better hook up.
• This car requires "REAL" E85 that I have been sourcing at Vollan Oil in Baltic, SD. This IS NOT the E85 you can purchase a regular gas station!!!
• E85 is "equivalent" to 109 octane race fuel.
• Thus fueling/feeding this car is, via 5 gallon fuel jugs in my experience.
• Also for sale is, a 2020 Continental Cargo enclosed dual 5200lb axle trailer that I use to store 8 55-gallon barrels (stainless food grade) of E85. Along with 12-20 other 5-gallon race fuel cans/jugs. Mechanical fuel pump to transfer from 55gallon to 5 gallon jugs. Trailer and all 55 barrels are fully grounded and bonded. Currently have approximately 400 gallons of fuel. The trailer, stainless barrels and fuel are valued at around $12K+. I am offering them for $10K, in addition to the car price.
• I have letter from Iowa DOT stating/proving it is legal to transport fuel in this manner for personal use.
