GASSER - Drag Car - Car show unique
Very straight in the most important areas.
Make offer
Glass good

Doors close, latches work
surface rust, it looks bad in the pics but its a really solid car,, quarters are good
I have shown close up pics of rust in important areas, drip rails are in good shape - straight- still paintable without repairs.
clean title
Not shown is a narrowed 9 inch ford with 3:73 posi w/truck drum brakes, 5 x 4 1/4 pattern, with tires.
Front straight axle is a 5 inch drop from a 30's-40's car in great shape with a 70's GM Diskbrake kit w/and all new rotors seals mounting hardware and leafs complete great shape.
I have a complete front grille in great shape.
Shown is a fuel cell, good , ready to go.
Front aluminum "kidney bean" rare front mag wheels that are not pictured 5 x 4 1/4 pattern, with tires.
QA 1 coil overs for the rear end.
Nothing has been mounted or cut up yet to make it a gasser, it steers/rolls fine. It is missing a rear deck lid.
It could be brought back to stock condition.
I would consider selling the car first and then separating the straight axle and the narrowed rear end for sale at a later time.
I will not separate anything until the car is sold, then i will consider selling the rear end and the straight axle separately.
The worst area on the car is the rear tail section, it looks like it was pushed around with a truck for a while, it can be repaired and "brought back", also the front loor pan and firewall are going to need to be reworked, this is the only area the rust on the car made a problem.
This is a 404 car, born as an economy car, it is not a Caliente, The 404 has a larger B pilar, it is lighter than the Caliente's, if your interested in racing, and I think it is a better porportioned car because of it.
